Then i am missing the point where something is removed to get the chain off. I am a bit hazy on the point where you have the cover off and are removing the chain? I suppose first step was to make sure all timing marks on chain and hw are lined up.But I wouldn't make them hold all the weight, just be assured they are there. There are two center mounts, front and rear, that will hold the engine if need be. When this is being put together are there any issues or tips you can share with getting this transmission mount (Driver side) & Engine mount (Pass side) back on? It should be pretty straight forward, as you let the jack down, everything should go into place to put the pass side mount on, then you may have to jack up the trans just a bit to get that mount on.this was 7 years ago and this is how I remember it, it should all be pretty easy to figure out when you are in there.
