Hello, Is the variable entityId well configuratedI dont see the it in the code I recommand you to add all the code into a try/catch block, and to exception.printStackTrace() (into the catch block), so it debug directly in your console, and you can see exactly what is the problem, and from what line it is coming. It happens when I have chat open, and when I don't. I get disconnected off and on, but when I do, it can last for a few hours, and up to 32 times in one hour. Lately I've been forced disconnected from multiple servers on the network now, and not as often, but some other non-aem servers too. Hopefully someone can help me with this, as it has been a persistent annoyance to me for the past few months and I am getting pretty tired of it.
